We built our program around a simple idea: the cheapest, cleanest way to manage a grease trap is to stop fats, oils and grease from building up in the first place.
Instead of pumping the problem out over and over, we use biological, enzyme-based products to digest it at the source — keeping drains flowing, odours down and costs under control.

Our drain care program combines two kinds of expertise: environmental and plumbing.
EnTech360 brings the biological program — the science of bioaugmentation, the OPEN and MAINTAIN product workflow, dosing setup and ongoing service. Yates Plumbing & Gas brings licensed plumbing and install capability, including the jet-rod pre-clean that gives established and leased sites a clean start.
That partnership means when we install a program, the plumbing is done properly by licensed tradespeople — not left for you to arrange.

Non-dangerous goods
Neither product is transport-regulated, and MAINTAIN is classified non-hazardous. OPEN carries a GHS eye-irritant (Category 2A) classification, so it’s handled with appropriate care — which is part of why our technicians manage dosing for you.
Listed ingredients
All ingredients in both products appear on the Australian Inventory of Chemical Substances (AICS).
